Fiber Tuesday 45

Welcome back to Fiber Tuesday! How was everyone's week.  Mine was filled with very little sewing and a whole lot of getting ready for another birthday party.  The two grandsons are just 12 days apart, and a couple of years.  This time we went bowling and had a blast.

I got to show off my new sewing machine and some improv quilting done.

I also revived an old post, my first video.  It hadn't picked up a lot of steam and let's face it a lot of you weren't around a year ago when the blog started.  I may be doing some more of this, just to make sure all those great first posts get seen.  It's all about how to get crisp folds.

Midnight Quilt Along
Busy Hands has been busy finishing up the sweet mystery quilt.  It looks like something one of my grandmothers would have made back in the day.  I honestly think I have a quilt with that blue in it.  It just goes to show how history repeats itself in fabric and fashion.

  1. Thank you for featuring my Midnight Mystery quilt! I linked up this week's finish but saw your request for no Etsy shops, so I deleted my link since my entry also includes a pattern for sale. I try to read the details. :)
