Fiber Tuesday 60

Welcome back to Fiber Tuesday!  It's my last few days of work before summer break hits.  I need to get my summer schedule hammered out.  I've been working on an e-book and that's a big priority to finish.  If you would like to be kept up to date on the book you can sign up here.  I should also be able to produce more video content which I know you all like.

Fiber Tuesday Link Party for all fiber crafts

This post may contain affiliate links.  Ordering from my links cost you nothing and adds a few pennies to the fabric budget.

The new block of the month was released on Friday!  It's an abstract representation of my life.  I went pretty far out there but we all need to step outside of our normal kind of quilt blocks once in awhile.

This morning I announced the start of a book club.  All of the books will be quilt related. We'll have our own Google community to chat about the books too.

Vintage Fabrics

Katy Quilts once again had our top viewed link.  This week she showed off some vintage fabrics.  She's got some great prints from her great aunt's estate.  Again, the green eyed monster is rearing its ugly head.  The most vintage fabric I have in my stash is from the 90s.  No one in my family kept much fabric, it was used and small scraps were used to teach others.  I love 30s fabric!
