Fiber Tuesday 77

Welcome back to Fiber Tuesday!  Somedays, I hate technology.  Normally, I am a champion of technology.  I'm the gal screaming, "Update that phone it will be worth it!  I don't know what I did before my iPad."  After this last week, I'm ready to give it all up though.  The down side is I'm not sure I can afford postage on stone tablets to all of you.  My block of the month video was done super early only to find out that I couldn't edit it with my software because it didn't work with my new operating system.  Last night, everytime I tried to write my blog post the window would close.  At midnight I gave up.  I'm praying it goes out Wednesday.  If it does it again I'll be shipping you a stone tablet in a few days.

Fiber Tuesday Link Party for all fiber crafts

This post may contain affiliate links.  Ordering from my links cost you nothing and adds a few pennies to the fabric budget.

So the only new post we have is the block of the month, Myrtle's Garden.  Best part of this job?  I get to design quilt blocks in honor of my loved ones who are gone.

Choosing Pantographs

Katy linked up a bunch of great tips about using pantographs.  Pantographs is the way my mom quilted so not only was it interesting to see how things have changed it was kind of a walk down memory lane.  I wonder which ones she would pick?

Last week our very one The Eclectic Abuela got mentioned on Quiltcam with Bonnie Hunter.  I got so excited when I heard the name.  I had to explain to Paul how she's our friend who links up weekly.  He doesn't exactly get how I claim all of you my friends when I haven't met or seen any of you.

  1. Mel--you heard that! I was thrilled to get the mention on quiltcam, but I'm even more excited that someone else heard it! I'm proud to be known as a friend here. :)
