Fiber Tuesday 89

Welcome back to Fiber Tuesday!  We are just under twenty days until Christmas.  Is anyone else feeling the crunch?  I know I am.  I've bitten off a big bite and now I have to cram it all into those days.  It's OK I have a few open days before the actual day.  Sleep is overrated any way right?  I'm still knocking things out for the blog too.  It's amazing what you can do when you are hyper focused on one task.

Fiber Tuesday Link Party for all fiber crafts

This post may contain affiliate links.  Ordering from my links cost you nothing and adds a few pennies to the fabric budget.

So I've had my eye on Rachael Ray's moppines for awhile but wanted something bigger.  Paul took all my wants and made me my own knock off moppine. I thought we had something original until I saw the same thing on The Great American Baking Show.

Paul showed us all how to clean the tension disks on our sewing machines.  It is so quick and is necessary to keep your machine running in tip top shape.

This morning I shared my progress on Quiltville's mystery quilt.  I'm really enjoying the quilt and hope some of you are joining us.

Piecing Accurately

Julie from Pink Doxies shared some tips she learned about cutting her fabric for accurate piecing.  She's doing Bonnie's mystery quilt too.  I love seeing what other's pick up in all of the tips that Bonnie shares each week.
