Fiber Tuesday 93

Welcome back to Fiber Tuesday!  I missed all of you last week.  Unfortunately, I passed my bug on to Paul.  I've been working on the back end of the blog to get things straightened up.  Most of it you probably won't notice much.  I'm trying to set up an organization to my posts while I have few enough posts that I can sort through them without being overwhelmed. It's better to do it from the start but I never thought I'd have enough people reading to even worry about it.  This is one of those situations where I'm thrilled to be proved wrong.

Fiber Tuesday Link Party for all fiber crafts

This post may contain affiliate links.  Ordering from my links cost you nothing and adds a few pennies to the fabric budget.

Paul started a great series just before Christmas.  He's showing us how to take  dead sewing machine and getting back to running in tip top shape.  He started with keeping the decals and finish protected.

I rounded up the top ten posts of 2016.  There's a little bit of everything in those posts, quilting, sewing, and machines.

Paul moved on to show us how to clean up the inside of the machine.  I have to brag on him just a bit here, he's done 10 machines in 2017!

This morning I shared what to do when quilt designs go wrong.  I'd like to say that every quilt I've ever sat down to do was perfect but I can't.

Show me what you've been up to!! Don't forget to follow the Pinterest board.

This is from the last link up we did in 2016.  This is from Kathy's Quilting Blog.  Kathy is an overachiever.  She wanted to finish this by June 2017.  Congrats!!

Oasis Neck Scarf
And from last week's link up this gorgeous scarf.  It looks so warm and toasty.  I am in need of a new scarf I might just need to stitch this up for myself.

  1. LOL on the overachiever comment. I'm addicted to quilting and can't resist a good quilt along. Hopefully this year will have several finishes! Thanks for hosting this fun linky party!
