Fiber Tuesday 112

Welcome back to Fiber Tuesday!  How was everyone's week? Over the weekend we got back to work on the basement studio.  It had been put off for awhile because of other work that needed to be done down there.  We got the base cabinets and counter top installed, figured out where the wall goes, figured out the layout for the upper cabinets, and came up with some great storage ideas that also solve a few issues.  The cabinets are out of someone's kitchen and we are installing them in a basement that has settled over the years.  So there's got to be some creative things going on to get them in there and look good.

Fiber Tuesday Link Party for all fiber crafts

This post may contain affiliate links.  Ordering from my links cost you nothing and adds a few pennies to the fabric budget.

This week Paul shared why he loves vintage sewing machines.  I love them too and will be sharing my reasons in my newsletters next week.  So if you aren't signed up and want to know the story be sure to sign up.

Now if you are wondering what I've been up to I've been creating things for people who sign up to the newsletter.  A few of the posts have the bonus item already linked.  If you want a sewing themed to do list sign up on my self care for quilters post.  If you'd like a sewing machine printable you can sign up on either my Lydia 3 post or my Singer Merritt post.  If you want both pick the one you want now and you'll be able to get the other one when my newsletter goes out I'll give links so you can get the other one.

Don't forget to sign up so you don't miss out on the party!

The Eclectic Abuela shared off what she's been working on.  The quilt above is a disappearing 9 patch quilt.  I love it, it's so simple but makes those not in the now think you put a lot of work into it.  Those are my favorites.  She also did a couple of pinwheel quilts too for you to check out.

Now on to the link up.  Remember to check out each other and spread the love.  It is a party after all!
