Fiber Tuesday 124

Welcome back to Fiber Tuesday!  How was everyone's week?  Is it fall break yet?  I thought I was on the ball but it turns out going back to work full time is exhausting.  I wasn't able to get anything published.  I was able to go to work, come home feed us, and zone out in my chair until I could go to bed just to repeat it all the next day.  This week is looking promising for being back on track though.

Fiber Tuesday Link Party for all fiber crafts

This post may contain affiliate links.  Ordering from my links cost you nothing and adds a few pennies to the fabric budget.

Since I don't have anything new to share I thought I'd share the two posts that people were checking out last week.  The first one is taking care of decals on vintage sewing machines.  That's always a popular post.

The other one was the Magic 8 method for half square triangles.  I'd like to think it's because I introduced a revolutionary idea into quilting.  It's not that at all, this method has been around forever, I just shared the math formula for making them any size.

Marvelous Mini Monday
Kathy shared this mini log cabin last week.  I don't know if I could do this not paper pieced.  I will be the first to admit my seams are usually not perfect.  You can hide that on a 12 inch or larger block, you'll notice many of my blocks are around 16 inches.  You can't hide that on a 4 inch block.  Kudos Kathy for pulling this off.  I can't wait to see the final quilt.

Now on to the link up.  Remember to check out each other and spread the love.  It is a party after all!
