Fiber Tuesday 133

Welcome back to Fiber Tuesday!  How was everyone's week?  Well, my mini quilt didn't win.  It did, however, get chosen to go to Quilt Market in Houston.  I can't lie I'm a little disappointed that I didn't win but am thrilled that it is on display at one of the biggest quilting shows in America.

A friend of mine was at market this last weekend and took this picture for me.

For Halloween this year I am going as a quilt blogger.  I will post photos on social media tomorrow so you can all see it.  It's sure to be a big giggle.

The Eclectic Abuela linked up this cute quilt.  She stepped out of her comfort zone and used a panel to make this quilt.  I think pushing yourself just a bit out of your comfort zone is a great thing.  The results here prove it!  It's such a bright and cheerful quilt.

Now on to the link up.  Remember to check out each other and spread the love.  It is a party after all!

  1. I feel your pain. My mini didn't win either. The winning ones were beautiful though. And I was so excited when one of my friends took a photo of my mini in Houston. But yeah, sure would have been nice to have a new toy.
