Fiber Tuesday 135

Welcome back to Fiber Tuesday!  How was everyone's week?  I am running behind tonight.  My internet has been funky since Friday and I just got it back.  It's not completely right but it's on and that means I don't have to drive somewhere to get enough cell service to post this thankfully.

After the grand kids left Sunday afternoon I did the blog makeover.  I have it about 95% finished.  I found a few things I could do to make it even easier to navigate so I need to finish setting those pages up.  I'm really looking forward to next week because I only work two days.  I really need time away from my day job to work on my side job.

No new blog posts here but I have a new blog post over at 52 Quilters. Head over and learn a little more about me.

Jocelyn shared her thoughts on some of the sad news that has been circulating the quilt world.  It's always hard to find out someone has passed or has a grave illness that will take them out of our sewing world.  I read Jocelyn's post last week but when I pulled it up so I could get a photo for her feature I went hunting for her name.  I want to call you by name when I feature you.  I was taken aback, not that there's anything wrong with her name it was just a shocking thing.  Jocelyn had written about loss and it of course took me down memory lane to those who are no longer with me.  Jocelyn was what we loving called my good friends' mom and Jocelyn's last name is the same as a dear woman who would make the whole team homemade cinnamon rolls every game day when I was in school.  We lost her my last day of high school but for four years she sent cinnamon rolls for every team member on every team.  Jocelyn thank you for reminding me of two wonderful women.

Now on to the link up.  Remember to check out each other and spread the love.  It is a party after all!
