Fiber Tuesday 95

Welcome back to Fiber Tuesday!  How was everyone's week?  I'm trying to put together a schedule that works for me and gives me some self care time.  I know balance is something we all struggle with and I'm working to find a solution.  Ironically, it was one of the most requested items on the blog survey last year so it's something I want to be able to help all of us.  I'm really trying to focus 2017 on us.  Meaning I want all of us, Paul and I and our readers, to become a community that can support each other.  Enough of me getting sappy let's get to the fiber goodness ya'll bring each week.

Fiber Tuesday Link Party for all fiber crafts

This post may contain affiliate links.  Ordering from my links cost you nothing and adds a few pennies to the fabric budget.

This week I took a step back and wrote about vintage sewing machines.  I had stepped away from that since Paul joined the blog.  This week though I just couldn't pass off the topic.  I wrote about Singer 15 clones.  I'm such a history nut that these machines are a small obsession of mine.

Paul this week talked about sewing machine bobbins.  A lot of people don't know about all the different types of bobbins there are.  The sad part is Paul only touched on the ones we have there are even more out there.  It is a good starting point and he made a great reference chart.

  1. Got your e-mail about the facebook group. I do not do facebook or twitter or instagram. A blogpost is enough technology for me. I'm sure it would be fun but I think it would take too much time away from my true love! Blessings, Gretchen
