Fiber Tuesday 168

Welcome back to Fiber Tuesday!  How was everyone's week?  I started back to work today.  It is good to be back though I will miss my days of designing and sewing.  Just know if you are trying to get ahold me for help it may be delayed more than usual.  I will try to check in when I can.

This weekend I designed my first paper piecing project.  I get asked about doing that a lot but since I couldn't do my own I wasn't comfortable doing it here on the blog.  I've done a few because I had permission from the designer but I couldn't give you the pattern to do it with me.  Now we can!!  I'm so excited to be able to work on this technique with you guys on the exact same pattern.

Pam shared her tutorial for this drawstring bag.  It even has a divider.  I think giving gifts in a nice bag like this is genius.  You are really giving two gifts this way.  A nice bag is such a more practical than a gift bag from the store.  If you missed it last week be sure to click on the picture and either pin the tutorial or bookmark it so you can make them for the holiday season.

Now on to the link up.  Remember to check out each other and spread the love.  It is a party after all!
