Week 11 - Fabric Scrap-Busting Blog Hop

Oh Monday, how I have a love-hate relationship with you.  I love being able to share the new fabric-scrap busting project with you but it also means back to the regular grind of the workweek.  At least we get to start it off with great sewing projects we can look forward to making later right?

This post may contain affiliate links.  Purchasing items from the links cost you nothing more and adds a few pennies to the fabric budget.

We have new projects scheduled every Monday, January - March.  If you don't want to miss out on any of those great project ideas sign up for the email blast.  The emails will go out on Tuesday mornings just so I can ensure that links work.  No matter how well we plan tech seems to bite someone in the booty, including me.

Fabric Scrap Busting Projects

This week we have to amazing quilts for our projects.  You'll want to grab both of them.

First up we are heading over to Carol at Quilt Schmidt.  While this isn't a pixel quilt, there's no picture in there, it does give the same feel.  I love the feel of the quilt and I had a lot of fun looking at all the fabrics to see which ones were in my stash.  Carol isn't on social media so be sure to leave her a comment thanking her for the great quilt pattern.

Next up we are heading over to Phoebe's Scrapdash site.  This quilt is a great example that a scrappy quilt doesn't have to be all scrappy.  Having the background be the focus gives an entirely different feel.  Be sure to follow Phoebe on social media on Facebook and Instagram.

Be sure to stop by both posts.  Also, tell all your quilty friends about the great projects we have in the blog hop.  If you missed any of the past posts you can find them here
